7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your CSV file if any of the following apply:
- The data is significantly inaccurate or outdated
- The list contains substantial duplicates beyond normal scraping variance
- The delivered file is corrupted or unusable
- You received fewer than 50% of the leads quoted in your tier
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, reply to your delivery email or contact us at orders@targetcsv.com with:
- Your order ID
- Specific reason for the refund request
- Examples of issues (if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lists used for outreach campaigns before requesting refund
- Buyer's remorse without specific data quality issues
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Issues caused by the buyer's misuse of data (e.g., violating CAN-SPAM)
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before allowing us to address concerns may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
