Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your TargetCSV purchase. If you're not happy with your list, we offer the following refund options:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your CSV file if any of the following apply:

  • The data is significantly inaccurate or outdated
  • The list contains substantial duplicates beyond normal scraping variance
  • The delivered file is corrupted or unusable
  • You received fewer than 50% of the leads quoted in your tier

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reply to your delivery email or contact us at orders@targetcsv.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Specific reason for the refund request
  • Examples of issues (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lists used for outreach campaigns before requesting refund
  • Buyer's remorse without specific data quality issues
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Issues caused by the buyer's misuse of data (e.g., violating CAN-SPAM)

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before allowing us to address concerns may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
