By using TargetCSV ("the Service"), operated by TargetCSV LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
TargetCSV provides custom B2B lead lists extracted from publicly available business directories, primarily Google Maps. Lists are delivered as CSV files via email within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TargetCSV lists in compliance with all applicable laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (US): Include valid unsubscribe in cold emails, accurate sender information, no deceptive subject lines
- TCPA (US): Obtain proper consent before SMS or telemarketing calls
- State-specific regulations (CCPA in California, etc.)
- General business communication best practices
You agree NOT to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share lists with third parties
- Use lists for harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
- Scrape or reverse-engineer the Service
- Use lists in ways that violate platform terms (LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Data Source and Accuracy
All data is extracted from publicly available sources at the time of order. While we make reasonable efforts to verify data quality, we do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of contact information
- Real-time freshness of data
- Validity of all email addresses or phone numbers
- Continued operation of listed businesses
4. Payment and Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability
TargetCSV is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Outcomes of your outreach campaigns
- Bounce rates or response rates
- Damage to sender reputation
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent order.
6. Intellectual Property
You receive a single-use license for the data in lists you purchase. Lists may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create derivative products.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service for users who violate these terms, file chargebacks without contacting us first, or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
